Goal - the design of platforms, which allows to purposefully initiate and accelerate the neuroplasticity changes (NPC) in the brain associated with learning, rehabilitation or treatment.

Grants was getting from RFBR and RFH.1996 - at present - private researches and practical training.2012 came to USA.
