LearnOur Learn tool is changing the way recruiters think about sourcing and engaging talent. In today’s world, recruiters have to be part investigator, part marketer and part sales person. They need to be able to find the right candidates and engage with them quickly. At Social Talent we provide a suite of proactive learning tools to support you in becoming a sourcing ninja. A Sourcing Ninja is a recruiter who has mastered the art of internet recruitment to find, attract and engage talent better than anyone else.

Black Belt in Internet Recruitment Certification: We deliver the Black Belt in Internet Recruitment Certification through our exclusive online platform. Short “micro-learning” videos (2-3 mins) teach users how to write better job ads, find candidates no-one else can find, brand themselves online, build a sustainable network and better engage with talent across multiple platforms.

Advanced Black Belt in Internet Recruitment Certification: At Social Talent we believe continuous learning is key to development. Our Advanced Certification has been developed for recent Black Belt graduates who are ready to take their development to the next level.

Behavioural Nudges: Our chrome extension brings real-time learning to each of your users by suggesting hyper-relevant training videos through a smart browser pop-up making it even easier to remember to practice what they’ve learned.

Updates: Our curriculum is updated on average every 4 weeks with new content to ensure relevancy.

RecruitOur Recruit tool provides teams with sourcing and recruiting technology that helps them source candidates quickly.

SourceHub: This tool brings complex Boolean string generation through a simple to use pop-up chrome extension, enabling them to perform smarter and faster searches on the job.

Smart Profiles: When recruiters look at a candidate profile on a platform such as LinkedIn, our pop-up will give them the option to look at similar profiles across multiple social platforms at the click of a button.

Team View: To reduce duplication of effort across teams, our pop-up will show users whether a colleague has looked at a candidate’s profile before. We’ve also added the ability for your teams to view recent searches their colleagues have performed which can be cloned and adapted for their own use.

This tool can support teams to not only share information on their candidate searches but also their sourcing knowledge.

PerformOur Management tool, Perform, provides data and analytics needed to understand a teams recruiting behaviour highlighting users who are likely to perform well and those who need further support. This empowers managers to have more effective development conversations.

Real-time training progress reports: Our customised reports measure areas such as exam results, team progress, platform usage, attendance at Sourcing labs etc which means you can view individual performance in real time.

Activity Feed: This tool gives you the ability to see a news feed of recent team activity such as the use of a new sourcing tool or the completion of a training mission. You can give real time recognition for this activity by giving them a “thumbs up” or sending them a message of encouragement.
