About Six Sigma
With the growing businesses, geographical expansions, close competitive contest it has become a need to seek accurate inputs, use them correctly to benchmark, analyze and draw conclusions. While business objectives are often brainstormed in board meetings and leadership forums it is often observed there remains a void in how they are translated to organizational capability, benchmark and process performance. Program overview
A 4-day thorough 32 hour contact program designed with adaptive learning methodology. The program is delivered by senior KPMG professionals those who share experiences on the go. It orients participants towards fact based decision making, use data to draw business conclusions, analyze current trends and metrices for their practical use, conduct depth causes analysis and innovate for performance improvement. Brings practical demonstration of statistical tools and provide an opportunity to practice in a mini-group setup.

Methodology
• Program is a global standard offering that uses mix of techniques aligned to adaptive learning style
• Inculcates class room exercises, theory vs scenario linkage in mini-group setup, reverse presentation, demonstration of statistical tools and practice sessions
• Evaluation conducted at the end of fourth day (Minimum eligibility for certification is 65% score and full attendance)
