• Employee Pricing eligibility– CUs must enroll at the Premium level– GM will generate codes through an online form

Credit Union Annual Marketing Requirements(January – December)

Complete any combination of two (one within first 6 months of enrollment and both annually thereafter):

• Include in quarterly statement inserts/E-statements• A direct mail/loan promotion piece • Conduct GM email marketing campaign

Reminder: Regular Tax Season Is Over, But TurboTax Discount Is Still Available for Extension FilersRemind credit unions that are enrolled in the TurboTax member discount programs should keep their TurboTax banners posted on their websites in their member discount and tax sections.

Update: Sweepstakes Performance and WinnersPreliminary results show that Promoters outperformed Non-Promoters by 28%, attributed to key marketing activities such as sending two emails to members.

• 33 CUs remaining that need to submit the Sprint agreement addendum

• Registered letters will be sent to these 33 credit unions – They must respond by May 1, 2012– Non-responding CUs will be placed in the Non-Exclusive

participation level– Each league will receive a copy of the letter going to their CUs

• What does this mean to CUs and Leagues– CU’s marketing incentive will be reduced to 50% of full potential– This will affect the league’s year-end incentive

• We will run two online campaigns consisting of display and search advertising – One campaign will be consumer focused, highlighting all of the

Invest in America products – One will be a Sprint business focus

• A mobile campaign will be run in conjunction with the online media campaign broken into two segments– One focusing on consumers: GM, Sprint, Dell and Shop America– One targeted to businesses: Sprint only

• These campaigns will begin running in May
