Culture for All An EU funded project managed by the European Commission Liaison Office Implemented by ARS Progetti SpA

The project’s main goals are to increase the involvement of the whole popula-tion in the cultural field, in particular minority, women and vulnerable groups and to revitalize the remote ar-eas of Kosovo which have a particular cultural relevance.

Who can participate? Objectives

Kosovo artists, pupils, students and general public, Kosovo institutions, as well as local cultural operators, both public and private, interna-tional and national NGOs.

In the main cities of Kosovo, contributing to mainstream cultural events, as well as throughout villages, rural areas and small towns, launching new cultural ini-tiatives, fostering dialogue, innovation and creativity.

Promotion of inter-community and intra-community cultural ex-changes

Organization of culture related competitions

Mapping and inventory of public and private cultural operators in Kosovo

Technical assistance and human resources training for cultural in-stitutions and operators.

Culture for all also aims at offering ex-pertise and technical assistance to Kosovo institutions and cultural op-erators and to ensure a regional di-mension of Kosovo cultural activity and cultural operators and to ensure a regional dimension of Kosovo cultural activity.
