For 25 year olds and over the Employer will be expected to pay for 100% of the training. Employers will be looking for people with a real passion for the industry and who have strong Communication skills think creatively and work well under pressure . How long will it last? From 10 to 18 months. How will it benefit me? Provide paid work and give you skills and experience employers are asking For. You'll receive a certificate of completion and a number of nationally Recognised qualifications along the way.
