A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., at the office of the Engineer for the District, EHRA, 10555 Westoffice Drive, Houston, Texas.

The project scope shall include construction of approximately 19,000 SY of 6”-7” concrete pavement and 3,500 SY of asphalt pavement. The project is located on Harris County Key Map No. 445 E.

The above described construction will be performed in accordance with plans and speci-fications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to the opening of bids. Rehabilitation of 3 sanitary manholes including cleaning interior, repairing and installing protective lining; replacement of 3 sanitary manholes including installing protective lining; and bypass pumping, complete in place.
