making transition from Telugu to English medium. He dreams of being an Engineer.

Day 1 to Day 3: Developing the Coaches. 

Specific case studies and role plays which will develop the skills and attitudes and put coaches in touch with their being.

Day 4 and 5:

Panel discussion on mentoring and servant leadership We propose to invite great leaders such as Mr. A. P. J. Kalam, Mr. Narayan Murthy,

Mr. Azim Premjee, etc.

20 plus facilitators will work with 50 coaches to facilitate learning for 1200 mentors Application of the learning in working with the coaches. Through some live instances

of the challenges that they encounter and how to tackle them as they work with under-privileged children.

The objective is to make a fundamental shift in their world view which sees light even in darkness and gives them skills and tools to make that shift.

Day 5: Consolidation with the coaches Taking a stock of what has emerged and how to take it ahead.
