Global Supply-Chain ManagementBuilding Competitive Advantage Across Borders

Program Overview.Modern companies today face a range of global challenges and international market opportunities, which they must anticipate, meet, turn to their advantage and then translate into profits. With product lifecycles shortening and global rivalry increasing, success depends on revolutionizing a company’s operations strategy through increased efficiencies in the management of global supply chains.

Global firms need to integrate the supply chain components into a well defined andmanaged system which reduces costs and increases efficiencies while being able to deliver the right product to the right market at the right time.

This is an increasingly challenging task at hand when the supply chain extends through different continents and needs to respond to, and be aligned with, local market demand strategies and systems.

Global Supply-Chain Management is an intensive three-day international executiveprogram for senior operations managers who are looking to improve operational performance in their organizations through the successful integration of all supply chain components. The program is taught by IE Business School’s renowned academics in the field, which will inspire innovative thoughts and provide participants with the winning tools and best practices needed to improve supply chain performance and gain competitive advantage.
