This has been shown in a number of large-scale projects such as the Grand Ho Tram, Masteri Thao Dien, Novotel, Hyatt Regency, etc. REMEECO brand was formed from the association of 4 M&E divisions of 4 member companies. This association has created comprehensive strength, helping REMECO with competitive advantages in large-scale projects that require high standards in technique, quality and progress. M&E operation contributes averagely 25% to 30% of total annual revenues of the Group. Particularly, in 2017, revenue from M&E activities reached more than 6,500 billion. M&E achievements in the past 15 years have proven the prestige and outstanding performance of REMEECO. That is considered a momentum for REMEECO to continue improving our capacity in all aspects to affirm the position as a leading M&E brand in Vietnam, ready to compete with international M&E contractors.

PREDECESSOR of REMEECO
With the strong development of M&E sector,
COTECCONS GROUP decided to establish REMEECO in 2017. This brand represents M&E design
and construction of the whole Group, in order to: • Attach M&E operation of member companies of
COTECCONS GROUP together; • Standardize and synchronize construction process,
ensuring consistent construction quality of Mega projects according to international technical
standards. • Enhance competitiveness and expand M&E
system of COTECCONS GROUP, meeting the increasing demand
of customers.
Established in 2004 together with Coteccons, M&E
Division under Technical Department of COTECCONS GROUP had more than 10 members. Up to now, after nearly 15 years of operation, the Division has grown up to more than 870 employees, implementing more than 100 commercial, industrial, civil and infrastructure M&E projects in Vietnam and Southeast Asia (Laos, Cambodia). In 2017, the revenue from COTECCONS GROUP’s M&E Division reached VND6,627 billion. At present, more
than 40 large-scale M&E projects are being deployed across the country, promising
to bring breakthrough results to COTECCONS GROUP.

Mr. NGUYEN BA DUONG Chairman
He is the “Chief Architect” of Coteccons in particular and COTECCONS GROUP in general. He is determined, assertive and visionary. In business, he always attached importance to credit. Over than 30 years of experience in construction business management, he has trained and developed the qualified and prominent staff. He combines clever knowledge and soft skills in management. He made ultimate decision on the establishment of REMEECO.

Mr. PHAN HUY VINH Deputy General Director
He graduated from Hanoi Construction University. After years working in the construction industry, he joined Coteccons in 2002 as a Project Director. He has held key positions at Coteccons and its subsidiaries such as BOD Member - Chairman of Ricons Construction Joint Stock Company; BOD Member cum CEO of Unicons Construction Investment Limited Company. With his experience, qualification and knowledge in M&E of the whole Group, together with the Chairman, he has given important policies in development orientation of REMEECO in new stage.
With a keen interest in learning, he has constantly researched more knowledge in consultancy, design and construction management of M&E projects from factories to modern high-rise buildings requiring high quality and timely construction progress. He has connected M&E sector with many potential customers and made considerable contributions in affirming position of COTECCONS GROUP in Vietnam’s M&E market.

Having joined Coteccons since the beginning, graduated in M&E major from one of the most prestigious universities in Vietnam, he is cautious, humble and brave. With 22 years of experience, he has worked in various positions such as Commander, Technical Specialist, and Bidding Manager and now is the Director of M&E Division. He has been building REMEECO to develop stronger and stronger.

His hard work, perseverance and loyalty have helped him to complete many important projects in various fields. Moreover, thanks to the experiences in more than 20 years working in human resource management and development, he has successfully built human resources of REMEECO. The strong human resources of REMEECO currently are resulted from his significant contributions. In the future, under his direction and management, the human resources of REMEECO will get more development and bring prominent achievements in M&E sector for the Group.
MR. QUAN NGUYEN CHI CUONGM&E Division Economic Director
He has more than 22 years of experience holding M&E management positions inside and outside the country from Site Manager, Bidding and Cost Manager to Design Manager. His management capability together with his easy-going and sociable manners have helped him build an effective team with high qualification and enthusiasm, marking success in a series of large-scale Design & Build projects across the country. That is the reason why he was assigned to be responsible for REMEECO’s Business Division.

He has more than 15 years of experience in M&E field, managing many important projects as the role of Project Director. He is dynamic and brave, always wants to move forward and does not stop learning. With the motto “Win to Win”, he has managed and completed many projects and thereby, gaining success in image and finance, step-by-step building and developing REMEECO to become a prestigious and quality brand in the eyes of partners inside and outside the country.
With the motto “Well leading self and helping other lead themselves”, he increasingly perfects himself as well as accelerating and facilitating staff to work with highest performance and thereby, strongly develop REMEECO collective and brand to become a trustworthy and prestigious partner in providing M&E solutions for many projects in Vietnam.
With the experiences in many large-scale projects such as Liberty 6, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa, Diamond Island, etc., he is a qualified M&E manager and always motivates staff to learn, improve and apply advanced technologies in construction to enhance performance efficiency. Heading in right development orientation, he has led M&E Division to become one of the strongest divisions of FDC.

He is energetic, assertive and has wide vision. With more than 25 years of experience in M&E field together with the characteristics of keen-on-learning and endless passion, he has been researching new technical improvements, human resource management, and construction quality to build - develop a strong REMEECO team in both quality and quantity.

With more than 15 years of experience in M&E field, he is a good leader and is always trusted by colleagues and partners not only because of his steady qualification but also thanks to his enthusiasm in work. Graduated from University of Technology in Heat and Refrigeration Engineering major and joining many projects as various roles such as Technical Supervisor, Vice Commander, Commander, Deputy Manager of Bidding Dept., Project Director and current is M&E Technical - Production Director, he is trusted by Chairman and assigned to be responsible for Technical – Production of REMEECO.

With more than 16 years of experience in M&E design and build and holding key positions in many companies, for examples, Electrical Project Director - MTH Contractor (Denmark), MEP Deputy Director - Ramboll Oil & Gas (Denmark, Dubai, Qatar), E&I Director – IMCC Group (UAE), MEP Manager - Royal Haskoning Vietnam, etc., he has contributed to completing M&E design and build projects in Denmark, Spain, Middle East, North Africa, Macau, Vietnam, etc. Joining Coteccons in 2017, he has played an important role in researching and improving design and construction solutions as well as training engineer team in REMEECO, meeting the increasing demand of investors.
As a senior expert in HSE with more than 34 years of experience working in multicultural environment in many senior positions, he has a wide and deep knowledge in occupational health and safety, quality control and risk management in construction. He used to hold the position of Director of World Safety Organization (WSO) and now is the Chairman of International Safety Quality Environment Management Association (ISQEM). He has gained great successes in occupational safety management at Coteccons.

As an experienced project manager, he has joined many complicated international construction projects and iconic architectures, such as Marriott Hotel – London (England), Liberation Tower – Kuwait, Burj Al Alam Tower - Dubai (UAE), Jumeirah Hotel - Dubai (UAE), Garden City Shopping Centre - Perth (Australia), etc. With his rich experience, he has made significant contributions in enhancing efficiency of Coteccons’ projects.
Thanks to the experiences in more than 30 years undertaking the key positions in construction management of infrastructures, 5-star hotels, hospitals, office building, stadiums, etc. in the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Dubai and Britain, he has successfully completed project management at Coteccons.

REMEECO uses an effective and comprehensive management system that meets the international standards and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate verification.
Each project has its own type, features and functions that require different management and construction models. Quality control system of REMEECO is assessed and improved continuously to be suitable to the requirements of each project. This quality control system is applied throughout from the stage of ideal design, bidding, contract preparation and review, construction to completion and warranty in order to save costs and ensure best results for customers. In addition, we provide consulting opinions to the investors on the time, quality and budget of the project as well as evaluating and selecting the best subcontractors and suppliers for the project.
Our internal training programs ensure all employees have full knowledge about REMEECO’s management system so as to apply and maintain the system’s requirements for all projects. As a result, REMEECO is able to combine information from the design stage among the subjects to minimize mistakes, ensure high feasibility upon construction, and improve quality throughout the life cycle of project. BIM provides an overall and clear view that helps the parties make right decisions, reducing risk and improving performance efficiency. Strong financial foundation from COTECCONS GROUP and outstanding design and construction capacity have helped REMEECO get trust from the big investors and win the large projects. Revenue from M&E operation averagely accounts for 25% -30% of total annual revenues of the Group.
Revenue from M&E operation gained a stable growth in three consecutive years i.e. 2013, 2014 and 2015, to be specific, VND2,178 billion (2013), VND2,305 billion (2014) and VND2,528 billion (2015). The year 2016 witnessed the breakthrough of M&E operation when its revenue reached VND4,458 billion - an impressive figure compared to other local M&E companies – increasing by 76.34% from 2015.
The highlight of the year 2017 was M&E general contractor contracts for large-scale projects from the big investors such as Vingroup, Masteri, TNR, etc., especially M&E package of Casino Hoi An with the value up to nearly VND 2,000 billion.
Based on that development momentum, REMEECO continues to make strong improvements to further perfect Design & Build model in M&E, boosting R&D activities to position itself in the M&E market.
