Leading Executive Apex Program Supervisors Organizer Since 2011 The LEAP aims to build next generation CEOs for all Taiwanese banks to bolster their competitive strengths for the upcoming challenges and com- plexities of the global markets. The group of trainees include delegates from financial authorities, and the prospective senior-level multi-business executives in banks, who are regarded as the key potential leaders who secure success for their banks. 2020 LEAP program The LEAP is designed to offer rich and valuable training sessions geared toward strengthening strategic thinking, leadership and managerial capabilities for the future leaders, and the participants will be encouraged to reflect on and develop new ideas about the key elements of business (channels, prod- ucts, services, customers) successfully. With the focus of case-driven, experienced and thought-provoking training approaches adopted for a series of learning sessions developed in the contexts of future key trends of the Taiwanese financial sectors’ challenges, the half-year program is expected to broad- en and enhance trainees’ strategic thinking and strengthen key managerial capacities through the three modules of the training framework.
