Designed to build your leadership skills in line with the unique issues and challenges facing chief executives in the third sector, Leading Edge supports you as you deal with a range of staff, client and stakeholder expectations. 

In the last 7 years, over 100 chief executives have experienced this transformational leadership programme; sharing experiences through peer learning and taking time out to reflect and plan for the future. 

DURING THIS PROGRAMME YOU WILL:

•  Share and reflect with peers on the challenges and opportunities of leadership

•  Deepen your understanding of leadership theories and apply them to your live issues through action learning

•  Receive an ILM Certificate in Leadership option - equivalent to a degree-level qualification

YOUR TUTOR

Joette Thomas has been involved with Leading Edge since it began in 2008. She has worked with third sector organisations for over 20 years, gaining experience in organisational change, team facilitation, strategic planning, quality assurance, evaluation and organisational review - including 10 years working at chief officer level.

PROGRAMME FEESFees are determined by organisation turnover and range from £500 to £1500 including free ACOSVO membership. Payment can be spread over the period of your studies and additional funding may be available.
