He focuses on Organizational Capacity Building, Executive Leadership, Government and Business Relations; Faith Based Solutions to Social Problems; and Political Campaign Management. Dr. Newton is a member of several corporate, non- profit and educational boards in North America, Africa and the Caribbean. He is a frequent guest on various television and radio programs in the Caribbean and the US and has published 4 books. His special talent is mentoring organizations, teams and leaders to deliver superlative results, during tough economic situations, crisis moments and organizational disruptions. Collin Childress JD, MBA-IM, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global MedChoices Group, LLC, a USVI limited liability project management and financing company formed for the purpose of developing transformative healthcare projects globally. He specializes in helping companies expand their global operations as well as diversifying their market strategies. Mr. Childress holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee; a Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He has completed comparative international law studies at the São Francisco Law School and studies in Strategic Global Influence and Negotiation” and Leading Diverse Teams for Collaborative Results. Dr. Oswald Thomas (Director of Political and Government Affairs of Paramount Communications Inc.) is a professor, political consultant, coach, therapist and media commentator. Oswald has provided assessment intelligence and practical guidance to individuals and organizations for over 27 years Dr. Thomas has worked internationally with children and adolescents as a psychotherapist and has consulted with leaders in higher education, media, and business to improve personal and professional functioning. He received his PhD from Pacific Western University and his Masters from Metropolitan College of New York. He completed his clinical work at Beacon Therapy Services in Long Island New York.
