We’ve mastered the art of turning complex principles into practical tools, models, and approaches that are pragmatic, immediately applicable, and easy to use. In Leading Change, the “Five Vector” model is used and means the following:

Harness Vision: Leverage the emotional and intellectual elements of the change to drive engagement and ownership.

Define Expectations: Clarify the macro elements impacting employees in a way that provides a clear understanding of what will be required both during and after the change.

Communicate: Clarify both the strategic and tactical elements of the communication plan, including what is being shared, when it will be shared, and who is responsible.

Optimize Impact:Atanindividuallevel, ensureeachemployeeunderstandsthespecificresponsibilities that need to remain, be removed, and be started as change occurs.

Sustain Energy: Intentionally create a lasting environment where all team members are motivated and maximally productive as the change unfolds.

THE PROGRAM MODELAt the heart of the program is a pragmatic and memorable model.

The journey we have created for learners is unlike any other virtual learning program. Our goal has always been, and will always be, to make it interactive and experiential. Thanks to our partners at Howspace we found a way to do just that. Their AI-powered online platform paired with our content and facilitators allow learners to participate in social experiences with peers, leaders, and facilitators throughout their journey.

Virtually Facilitated ModulesEach virtual learning session is composed of multiple modules that blend the components of

aface-to-faceclassroomwiththeflexibilityandaccessibilityofonlinedelivery.Eachmodule

consists of the following to ensure it is engaging and interactive for everyone in attendance:

• Experiential Tools Eagle’s Flight brings its experiential learning methodology to the

virtual classroom.

• Course Content On the job application and relevant feedback tools are incorporated

into training on the new behaviors and skills.

Social Connection Between Modules In a virtual world social connection is all the more important. Consequently, designated

social connection opportunities between modules are included. This gives individuals

regular access to their colleagues to help them solve challenges they are facing on the job

and share success stories related to the content of the virtual learning session. Doing so

helpsbuildtheconfidenceeveryindividualneedstoputtheirknowledgeintopractice.

Post-Session Sustainment Activities Just because the virtual learning modules end, doesn’t mean the focus on changing

behavior is over. With access to digital content refreshers, leader-led reinforcement

activities, peer group discussions, and best practice sharing sessions, individuals will

continue to receive the support they need to apply the learning to their day-to-day reality.
