Starting from 2005 when Finland introduced thefirst boardroom’s quota, followed by manyEuropean Countries in 2010 and 2011 and finallyIn 2012 by India, Malaysia and Middle East, support to Boardroom gender has spread very fast.

The change came thanks to Governments and advocacy group like the 30% Club in UK and 30%Coalition in the United States, but not from the Shareholders directly that should be more interested in the benefits of more diverse boards.

We will try to understand why and give some inInput to get a strategy
