His personality is part of what makes him a great leader. Some of his traits include:

Driven ambitious collaborative

These traits are directly associated with his visions for Google. He is all for innovation. He believes that google should constantly creating and inventing things that are outside the “norm”.

“We should be building great things that don’t exist.”

Larry is an inspiration to his employees, he challenges them to think out side of the box.

Employees are motivated to drive technology forward due to Larry’s inspiration A common phrase throughout the company is “moon shots” this phrase that

allows employees to push the boundaries of whatever is currently the “norm” This thinking pushes employees to do their best, to set their own expectations

for the moon.

Google specializes in innovation, and is know for their unique advances in technology

Members of the organization also recognized Larry a great leader and describes him as someone who will truly listen to others’ ideas.

At Google they have leaders, Larry Page is one of them

Because they do not have the typical culture, leading instead of managing is essential

These leaders have Visions, they are proactive and are people focused

Using those traits they are able to accomplish goals and motivate others to do so

Although he wants to motivate his employers he also is there to assist in certain task

you questions that will force you to think outside of the box It can only be concluded that the leaders in the organization
