History
Chefsportalen AB was founded in 1993 by Ronny Fransén
The Leadership Skills = profitability concept has been developed and refined since 1998.
We have comparable statistics from more than 10 years of measurements.
In 2007, the whole concept will be Web-based to optimise simplicity, speed and clarity.
In 2009, the concept will be implemented on new markets and is currently available in Swedish, English, German, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish. More languages will be added continuously.
In 2010, we are launching ourselves on a broader front with a number of Senior CEOs spread from Gävle in the north to Trelleborg in the south.
Examples of customers: ICA, Volvo, Nederman, Fortnox, Nelson Garden, Hammarplast, Sverige Flyg, etc.

2. QuickDirectly after the measurement is finished, our Senior CEOs report the result of the company’s total Leadership skills and development potential to the management.
3. ClearDirectly after a run-through with the management, the training and development process starts where the Senior CEOs gives all of the Managers individual feedback and coaching. This takes place directly in conjunction withthe Managers work situation in order to create clarity andminimise time expenditure.

1. EasyYour employees will evaluate their line manager’s Leadership skills in less than 15 minutes by answering 30 worked out* questions anonymously on the Web.
The concept is based on long-term development and training with support from our Senior CEOs. A combination of frequent measurements and growing Leadership skills means that the concept can be adapted for greater self-development in the customer companies.
