Intrapreneurs are the drivers of innovation within organisations, seeking to provide solutions to externally driven problems. Intrapreneurs need to be leaders in the organisation, and transition from an operational manager to an inspiring intrapreneurial leader. A successful intrapreneur understands change; they envision where the organisation must go. Intrapreneurs will become the building blocks of a company’s executive or leadership team. Leadership for Innovation, “Future Intrapreneurs”, has twice the impact with an applied learning workshop that is not taught in leadership or innovation classes. Participants learn with industry experts and adapt learning principles with people with different skillsets to themselves. This program is about people understanding people.
