Aunt with MS

• When my aunt passed away with MS• I never understood why she got this disease• This caused me to be intrigued by medicine• This event has caused me to grow with my

Uncle loses his kidney

• Uncle loses his kidney due to high blood pressure

• His whole life is set back in that he can’t come and visit me anymore

• He can barely leave the house, he is so weak

Cousin loses her kidney

• This event raised a whole entire family wide health awareness

• I found it intriguing how Phase 3 of the LMX is mature partnership in which I was able to partner up with my cousin and link her up with my uncle and to show her the way to live without a kidney, like he has done for 4 years

Uncle marries bad wife who tries to further him from his real family

• I had to step up and take care of my grandmother while I was in Iran

• The wife doesn’t like my grandmother and just wants her to pass away and leave everything for her husband

• What if the leader-member theory was reversed so that the member becomes the leader and the leader becomes the member?
