I’m glad to welcome you to an amazing journey of applying for leadership position in our LC. In front of you is a
booklet for TL and Manager positions for period August – December.
Our LC achieved some amazing things in past period, and I am really proud that we all shared that sweet joy of
success and achievement. We provided more than 40 leadership opportunities, but what we want to do is to make this
leadership development go viral and make it accessible for every student in our campus, for every organization and
every company out there.
I honestly believe that key to unlocking this amazing potential of our organization lays in you and other BRAVE
individuals willing to take this responsibility of leading our LC forward. Role of our organization is to create leaders
and we have to start from ourselves, awaking this leadership in us to make others better.

Team Leader Enter Your Future Raising
The Enter Your Future team is responsible for all the raising of Enter Your Future, communicating with schools
and servicing our TN takers. It’s a position that requires sales skills, fast-responding, organization, and good
communication skills and human skills, and working ethic. You will improve your sales skills, team
management skills, working under pressure and organizational skills.
Contribution: Reducing xenophobia and raising needed IT literacy and culture awareness for kids in Belgrade.
This will long termly influence their values, perspectives and city we live in.

Team Leader Value delivery
The Value Delivery team is responsible for all the realizations of Enter Your Future, Social Care and
International Kindergarten,, communicating with interns. This team will be responsible for the implementation
of EP minimums and the overall quality of realizations. It’s a position that requires coaching skills, fast-
responding, organization, and good communication skills, human skills, and working ethic, as well as a good
command of the English language. You will improve your presentations skills, team management skills,
working under pressure and organizational skills and coaching skills, as well as customer support.
Contribution: Reducing xenophobia and raising needed IT literacy and culture awareness for kids in Belgrade.
This will long termly influence their values, perspectives and city we live in.
3. Realization
• Responsible for realized and completed NPS score (Realized score 80 - Response Rate 100%, Completed 75 - Response

Team leader Social Care & International Kindergarten
The Social Care & International Kindergarten team is responsible for all the raising of SC & IK, communicating
with TN takers and servicing them. It’s a position that requires sales skills, fast-responding, organization, and
good communication skills and human skills, and working ethic. You will improve your sales skills, team
management skills, working under pressure and organizational skills.
Contribution:
SC: You will enable NURDOR and Clinic Selaković to further develop their NGOs and operations by providing
well educated international volunteers. This will influence greatly on the impact they have as NGOs.
IK: Reducing xenophobia and raising needed culture awareness for kids in Belgrade. This will long termly
influence their values, perspectives and city we live in.

The X coordinator is in charge of developing the iGCDP sector in cooperation with VP iGCDP
and the rest of the iGCDP structure. As this area is constantly growing, the X coordinator will
work on the monitoring and tracking of the processes of matching and realization,
coordination of the X unit and the improvement of processes.

Team leader Global Talent Outgoing
Global Talent Outgoing team has the responsibility to conduct all the operations, to maintain constant
communication with Marketing managers and manage sign ups to ensure bigger % of conversions. Improving
and tracking EP management will require a persistent and constant work as well as ability to communicate and
solve problems quickly. Contribution: Sending people on a GIP internship will reduce youth unemployment and spark
entrepreneurship within young people in the region.

Corporate Relations has the responsibility to connect our organization with corporate sector, to maintain constant
communication with partners and present AIESEC in corporate events. Working at this function gives you the
opportunity to experience working with corporate sector, develop ways of communication with different kind of
stakeholders and the opportunity to develop your presentation, negotiation skills and business outlook.
Contribution: This sector is responsible for connecting AIESEC with corporate stakeholders. Corporate Relation
sector supports Global Citizen Incoming and Global Talent Outgoing and Incoming programs.

Global Entrepreneurs Raising team will deal with the solving of business problems in small and medium
enterprises in Serbia. These problems will be analyzed and solved by interns that will work in these companies
and thus improve the business in our country. The team is in charge for the sales process of Global Talent

minimums, tracking the educational system and LEAD implementation. The Coordinator will also deal with

and LEAD implementation for Eps. It’s a position that requires presentation and communication skills, working
ethic, analytical skills and problem solving.

Enter Your Future Raising
It is the third week of January. You are working on raising schools for off peak and you’ve only
managed to raise 4 TNs so far and the goal is 24. You have a lot of leads, the schools are interested in
general, but they are stalling with the promotion and making the decision. In a couple of schools less
than 10 students returned the survey. The process is prolonged even further by the Parent council who is
supposed to issue that permit is being waited for weeks to assemble. It is exam period at the faculties so
the productivity of your members are not at a high level. Your term ends in one month.
1) What are your strategies and activities for working with schools? Make a plan with concrete steps.
2) How will you increase your team productivity and make sure that you reach your goals without
missing the deadlines?
3) Which are your key activities for speeding up the process of raising?
4) Which messages and channels are you going to use to attract more students to the workshops?

Social Care & International Kindergarten
It is the third week of January. You and your team have managed to raise only 4 TNs and the goal is
20. You have a lot of institutions that are interested but don’t have enough money to sustain the
realizations. When it comes to raising for International Kindergarten, we had a lot of troubles with
approaching them because we are targeting wrong kindergartens that cannot afford to have interns in
their facilities. On top of it all, it is exam period at the faculties and the productivity of your team
members is not really high.
1. How will you make sure that your Social Care realizations are sustainable? Provide at least three
ways to achieve this. Which are your key synergies for achieving this? What is your role in each of these
ways.
2. How will you increase the productivity of your members and make sure that you achieve your goals
with respecting the deadlines?
3. Make an analysis of the market for kindergartens and propose strategies for approaching them and
speeding up the process of raising.

Value delivery team
It is the second week of January. You already have 20 interns here and 20 more are coming this and
the following week. The ones that are here are complaining because they haven’t started their work yet
and it is been more than 10 days that they are here. The reason for this is that we have to do promotions
in schools once again because the number of delegates has decreased significantly (people gave up).
At the same time, interns from one of our houses are complaining about accommodation, that they are
traveling too much from their house to their work place and that there are too many of them living at
the same place. AIESEC hasn’t really provided support for them, because it is exam period and the
productivity of your members is not really high. This means that weekly coachings, team meetings,
working times and reception plans haven’t been held regularly. Don’t forget that 20 more people are
supposed to arrive in the next period and that we need to provide airport pickup, report them to the
police and take them to their work on the first week.
1. How will you manage the situation with JD and starting work for the people that are already here?
2. How will you manage the problem with the accommodation?
3, How will you make sure that your team’s productivity increases so that they provide the proper
support for the realizations (the people that are already here and the ones that are yet to come).
4. Which of these problems is your priority and why? Make a plan of your key activities in the next
period.

It is the third week of January. The plan is to match 40 TNs until the mid of February. You have
previously worked on establishing LC2LC cooperation but the partner LCs are still in the process of
raising and above all they are not replying their e-mails. Currently there are 30 interns that need to
have IPS and EP minimums fulfilled, however, the teams are occupied with their exams so they are not
fulfilling their obligations. They are not integrated in the LC, aren’t coming to LCMs and on the other
hand the members of the LC are not coming to reception activities.
Propose strategies and activities that will lead to:
1. 40 TNs matched in a month
2. IPS is held and EP minimums are fully implemented
3. The problems with the realizations are solved in a way that all stakeholders are satisfied

Team Leader Global Talent Raising
It is the third week of January. You and your team of 4 members have been working on raising for the
past month with little success. You’ve raised 4 TNs but your plan is to have 16 and you realise that the
problem was that you didn’t target the right companies. You have a couple of leads, but the companies
are stalling with making the decision. There is only one month left for raising. At the same time it is exam
period at the faculties so the productivity of your members is not high. The two companies where you
managed to raise TNs are asking you when they will get their interns but you are not sure when the
iGIP team will be able to match them since the communication between your two teams is not going so
well.
1. Propose activities that will enable you to fulfill the plan for raising. Which is the right profile for raising
Global Entrepreneurs and how will you define it?
2. How will you improve the synergy with iGIP team and communicate properly the situation to the
company?
3. How will you convert the existing leads into customers? Make a plan for servicing companies.
4. How will you make sure that your team’s productivity increases and that you achieve your results
without missing the deadlines.

Corporate Relation Coordinator
Hello CR Coordinator, you are now a very important part of our LC. Your goal is to connect the
corporate sector with our focus programs (iGCDP and oGIP). As expected we have ambitious goals to
bring companies who will support us and understand our organizational values. Your part of this puzzle
is to create two long term partnerships and provide more exchanges.
Situation in your LC is the following: iGCDP raising for EYF, raising for GE, oGIP raising, matching for GT
and raising for GE, oGCDP raising.
1. Define the profile of the companies that are our target for iGCDP and oGIP. Create a strategy for
building partnerships and define KPIs.
2. Raising for iGCDP is not doing so good. How you will help the situation? You have 3 weeks, define 2
priorities.
3. You are organizing an Open Day in October for a very important corporate partner who wants to
give a scholarship for 5 EPs (GE). How you will get enough people attending the Open Day? Who are
your stakeholders and what are your activities towards them?
4. Propose activities for positioning AIESEC organization towards the corporate sector.

Team Leader Global Talent Outgoing
Raising for your subproduct is coming to an end. You currently have 9 EPs that refuse to apply for
every internship that you send them. On the last day of raising you get new EPs and you end up having
40 of them. The Opportunity manager in Marketing sector is supposed to help you convert these people
to the apply stage, but you haven’t been able to reach him in the past two weeks. Partner LCs for your
suproduct are in Tunisia, India, Romania and Russia. Currently, in all 4 LCs there are internships for
which your EPs are matchable and the deadline for applications and matching is in 23 days. On the
other hand, it is exam period at the faculties, so your team members are not working as much and two
of them are on the break of leaving.
1. How will you increase the productivity of your team and make sure that they are working with their
EPs and respect the deadlines?
2. How will you convert the EPs to matched? Make a plan with concreate steps for working with them.
3. Define the ways of working with partners. Make a plan with concrete steps for this stakeholder.

It is the third week of January. Recruitment is ongoing, you have 30 people on MXP currently and
promotion is still ongoing, where you need to attract 30 more people. At the same time, winter
realizations for iGCDP started and they need to have IPS and EP minimums implemented. Since it is
exam period, the productivity of our teams is decreasing, which is especially problematic when it comes
to Value delivery teams that can’t afford to stop working now.
1. How will you solve the recruitment problem? How can we deal with attraction, selection and MXP at
the same time? Make the plan for recruitment.
2. How will you increase the productivity of your teams and which teams will you focus on in the LC?
Propose at least 3 solutions for this.
3. How will you make sure that the Value Delivery phase is according to standards in iGCDP? What is
your role in that?

The Social Care team is working really hard to raise TNs for the following period and we have a lot of
institutions that are interested in having our interns working with them, but they don’t have the finances
to sustain the realizations. Your job is to find a way to make these 20 realizations sustainable.
1. Which is the profile of people that would participate in host programme? Which messages and channels
are you going to use to attract them?
2. Make a market research of hostels in Belgrade and make an offer for cooperation with them.
3. Research potential funds, grants and different investors for iGDCP.
