Infax’s JuryCall module integrates with jury management systems to automate the
jury selection process for each individual that has been summoned for jury duty.
While patrons wait in the jury assembly area, large displays in the waiting room
can show the jurors’ names, a judge’s message, live news feeds, or important court
information. When using JuryCall, patrons can find their names and where they
need to appear in less than 60 seconds. After a panel is summoned for voir dire,
the remaining jurors’ names will automatically be removed from the display.
JuryCall also complements our check-in SmartScreen. A SmartScreen can be
a floor, desk, or wall-mounted unit and can be used to automate the juror
check-in process by using visitor interactivity. Patrons also have the ability
to answer questionnaires and receive service validation. This easy-to-use
software provides an efficient and effective understanding for every step
of the courthouse visitor experience.
