Cucamonga facility has been in operation since 1961 and now has 150 dedicated employees on

MoldingGoodyear Rubber manufactures precisely engineered rubber molding components that enable

elasticity for global marketplace products needing malleability, flexibility and movability.

Our Molding Department specializes in the following; high end consumer and sporting goods,

aerospace and defense elastomer components, rubber to substrate bonded and multi-material

parts, large and/or difficult to mold/cure parts.

MaterialsGoodyear custom molds from a variety of polymers: SBR, EPDM, chloroprene, nitrile, butyl, silicone rubber

and fluoroelastomers. Our extensive library of existing compounds with known processing and physical

characteristics allows us to rapidly be in full scale, six sigma production. Or, our in house formula

design team can develop custom compounds suited perfectly to your requirements.

Over the past 50 years, we’ve developed thousands of custom rubber compounds for an array of

applications, environments and uses. Today, parts made from our materials are used everywhere

from the oceans to the land, sky and even in outer space.

ExtrusionThe Extrusion Department at Goodyear

manufactures a variety of profiles and cord & tubing diameters used for cable jacketing, vibration

and noise mitigation, sealing and as decorative trim.

We have a complete collection existing dies and the capability to quickly turn around new dies

custom cut to your specifications. Goodyear continuously runs two organic extruders and one heat

tunnel silicone extruder. We also offer custom marking, splicing, cutting, finishing and packaging

options. When experience counts, count on Goodyear.

MaterialsWe extrude from a variety of materials: Neoprene®, EPDM, butyl, fluorosilicone, nitrile,

SBR, polybutadiene, silicone and natural rubber. Specifications include:

MIL, SAE-AMS, FDA, NSF, NASA and UL 94. As a world-class

ISO: 9001 certified manufacturer, we have materials that meet FDA and

NSF specifications high and low. Our materials go

everywhere and do everything: They are FDA

and NSF certified, in -100f to 500f environments

and are fungus, flame and ozone resistant.

They are hydrophilic or hydrophobic; are

black, green, yellow, blue, hard, soft and are

tried and true. We’ve got custom compound

design services too.

CalenderingRubber sheeting is used for industrial,

construction and commercial applications like

aircraft seals, gaskets, fuel bladders, electrostatic

discharge mats, lagged belting, engineered defense products and load bearing pads.

Goodyear Rubber is capable of rubber calendering 60” wide and 0.020” to 0.500” thick continuous

roll lengths. We calender sheeting from all polymer types such as natural rubber, neoprene,

SBR, nitrile, Viton® (FKM), hypalon® (CSM), hydrin, silicone and other specialty

elastomers. Our services include multicolor and lamination of multiple polymer types.

We manufacture fabric reinforced sheeting, high conductive,

ESD black and non-black sheeting, long lengths, oven and

autoclave cured as well as fabric, embossed

patterned and smooth finishing.

Mixing Goodyear Rubber Mixing specializes in custom compounding for all forming processes such as;

extrusion, molding, calendering and roll covering. We offer barwell or calendered pre-forming and

slab or strip finishing. Our mixing capabilities include working with all elastomers, peroxide and

sulfur cure systems, silicone and organic compounds, internal and open mill mixing in black or any

color. We currently compound and mix materials used in various sectors of the economy

including; health care, mining, manufacturing, transportation,

aerospace & defense, construction, utilities and food services.

rubber (NR), fluoroelastomers, styrene

butadiene (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR),

polychloroprene (CR) and ethylene

propylene diene (EPDM).

by Goodyear Rubber. Goodyear stays compliant with the Rubber Manufacturing Association (RMA)

methods, practice and standards and offers:
