Per the Department of Industrial Relations –

Depending on your Administrator Role, you may or may not be able to export your Subcontractors CPR out of LCPtracker. For those with the capability to do so, you will see the DIR XML button under the Certification navigation tab next to the PDF in the View CPR column.

If you filter by project and do not see the DIR XML option, as shown in the above screen capture, go to Set Up navigation tab and choose to Add/Edit Project. The State field must equal California.

ALL USERS - LCPtracker has added an additional field to the Add/Edit Subcontractor screen, as well as the Company Information page, the PWCR Number field. NOTE that if the Agency/Account Owner does not allow Contractors/ Subcontractors to set up their own Subcontractors, this field as well as link will be accessible under the Set Up navigation tab under the Company Information screen.

CONTRACTORS /SUBCONTRACTORS - Contractors not yet registered, use the link in the Add/Edit Contractor screen, Company Information screen (above screen capture) or this direct link https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/ActionServlet?action=displayPWCRegistrationForm Contractors also have the ability to export their CPRs. This option will be located under the Projects navigation tab, under the sub-tab Certifications. ALL USERS EXPORT /UPLOAD DIRECTIONS - When it comes to using the DIR XML, regardless of exporting as the Administrator or as a Contractor, the process will be the same. Click on the DIR XML button for the project and week-end-date you need to upload. You will see this at the bottom of your screen. While you may open, we suggest clicking the down arrow next to save and choose to SAVE AS –

Decide where on your computer you will be saving. One suggestion is create a folder that your XML Exports or DIR Uploads. When you go to upload, you will know exactly where to retrieve the file.

While you may choose to save and open, or wish to open before saving to view; most may choose to SAVE AS and proceed to the DIR website to upload. Here is an example of what the DIR XML looks like –
