From the Control Panel

Once logged into the Control Panel select the “Lesson Plans” icon to get started....

Lesson Plans Home Screen “At the home screen”…The program will reset to be a weekly feature. To display past plans use the date range below to sort lesson plans. Admin Features: “Lesson Plans” Select the proper date range that will display a history of uploaded plans from the teacher’s control panel account. “Shared Plans” Select the date range to display plans given access by another teacher(s) to the current teacher control panel account. Actions: “Upload A New Lesson Plan” Click here to upload a “doc”, “docx”, or “pdf” file to upload lesson plans for the teacher’s class. “Manage Classes” Click here to create your class at the start of the year. You must create your designated classes prior to uploading lesson plans.

Lesson Plans Managing Classes – Set Up

From the Managing Classes Page…

At the “Class Name” entry bar type in the name of the class/subject (example: Calculus) that you are instructing, and then click on “Add/Modify Class”

For multiple classes of the same subject matter, chose a label for each of your classes to distinguish the different periods (example: Algebra IA Period 2, Algebra IA Period 4, etc.).

Once your classes are created you can begin uploading plans.

Uploading Plans

Click on…

“Upload A New Lesson Plan” to begin.

Uploading Lesson Plans Click on the “Browse…” button and select the file from the correct drive/folder that you would like to upload. Once the plan has been selected, choose from the drop down boxes the appropriate class [“Designate Class”] and proper date [“Week Of”] of instruction that you intend to use for that lesson plan . Click on “Upload File” to catalogue and upload your lesson plan. You can chose to add multiple lesson plans from this page to expedite the process of uploading plans by clicking on the “+UPLOAD MULTIPLE LESSON PLANS” icon. Select the correct amount of classes for yourself and repeat the previous steps of selecting the correct lesson plan. Top Picture: Internet Explorer Bottom Picture: Firefox

Uploading Lesson Plans

After you click “Upload File”, you will be brought to this screen.

The screen will show the time that plans were uploaded to the catalogue.

You can choose to “download file” (download a lesson plan), “upload modified plan” (changes made to the lesson), and “delete this plan” (deletes the lesson plan).

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SELECT “DELETE” THAT LESSON WILL BE PERMANTLY DELETED FROM THE CATALOUGE.

Uploading Lesson Plans

Go back to the home screen by clicking on “Lesson Plans”.

From here at the home screen you should see your uploaded plans for display.

Click on “view” and you will be brought to the a webpage that will show the action log and allow you the option of downloading your plans [bottom picture]

Sharing Plans with colleagues, co-teachers, and paraprofessionals

From the home page, click on “Shared Plans”. You will be brought to the shared plans screen (bottom picture).

Click on “Share Your Lesson Plans”, to select the staff member that you would like to share lesson plans with.

Sharing Lesson Plans with colleagues, co-teachers, and paraprofessionals

After selecting “Share Your Lesson Plans”, you will be brought to this screen.

You can view a staff member who currently has access to your plans ()

Or…

Choose to add a staff member.

Select the class first that you would like to share ()

Then select the staff member from the following lists ()

Sharing Lesson Plans with colleagues, co-teachers, and paraprofessionals

Once you have selected the appropriate staff member type in the image verification code and click on share lesson plans.

The teacher should now have access to lesson plans for that class/subject.

History Features

By clicking on a particular lesson that has been uploaded, you can view to see who has downloaded your lessons, (i.e. personnel with sharing capabilities, school administrators, etc.).
