LC Newsletter November 2015
Hey lions!
It’s been one and a half month since our LC opened a new page in its history. We used to call everyone a lion cub since we started. However, one and a half month passed, which means that
the lion cub should get more mature and develop further.
This one and a half month has been a great chance for me to observe the development and contribution of each of you. The development should always come because of your choice to push yourself further. Five more call-outs done, three more SRBs done, one more hour spent on looking
for potential sponsors is your own choice.
I am proud to see the positive changes in AIESEC Aarhus and I would like to encourage all of us not to stop and push ourselves to go even further.
Yours AIESECly,
Vidmante

Our Successes
Our LC has its first EwA event in a long time! We reached the target of sign-ups for the event,
and we had Zain as the event’s moderator and Ramona as one of the speakers of the event.
Besides the already-mentioned members, a great applause goes to Ave for the marketing efforts and on-site help, to Francisca, Jessie,
Karolina for helping prior and during the event. Lastly, the applause goes to Andrei and
Eduard for coordinating the work and supporting the team.
The event shows that this is everyone’s collective effort and that only by the team work we are able to make things happen.
Our Successes
ICX Team has booked 8 business meetings so far!
Does this sound great?
Let’s keep in mind that the meetings need to get converted into the partnerships, in order for us to deliver at least 8 life-changing experiences.
Fingers crossed, suits!
OGX Team signed an EP contract with one of our previous LC members and found her an internship in Asia for winter!
LCM November
Thank you for a great LCM last week. We talked about the journey in the jungle: what have we achieved so far and what is holding us back from achieving more. It was also nice to see some externals joining us.
The Lion of the Month
Congratulations to Ramona, who got selected as the lion of the month!
Who will be the next lion of the month?
LCP’16 of AIESEC Aarhus Elections One of the most important internal events of AIESEC Aarhus has come:
LCP’16 Elections! It is everyone’s great responsibility to share the voice and select the future leader!
LCVP’16 Application
Do you want to take a brave step in your AIESEC journey and become one of the future LCVPs of AIESEC Aarhus
for the term 2016?
The applications are to be found on AIESEC Aarhus workspace.
Remember that the deadline to apply is 22nd November 2015, 23:59!
Upcoming Opportunities!
ReLoad 2015 is happening in Aarhus 4-6th December! It is open for the EB-current and EB-elect, and the TLs.
If you are interested in being a part of this event, contact our lovely OCP, Ramona, and she will
definitely give you some responsibilities on-site.
On AIESEC Aarhus Social Space, there is a post regarding voluntary opportunities in Aarhus. At
CITIUS, some of you suggested that we should do something good for the society outside of AIESEC activities. There is a list of opportunities created
there: vote on your favorite or add your own!
This jar holds 16 candies – 16 exchanges delivered by AIESEC Aarhus by June 2016.
I believe this goal is way too small compared to what potential we all have. Let’s use this potential and push ourselves as much as we
can.
