Fast, no-fuss installationCompared to traditional techniques,Weighline eliminates the need forexpensive civil and rail costs and reduces the disruption associated withconventional installations.

Low cost from start to finishThe low initial investment, reduced installation time and lowmaintenance demands add up to economic through-life costs anda short payback time.

Greater information and controlWeighline provides precision data on train and wagon weights that canbe interfaced with your business systems via a pc with Ethernet or mostother networks. Reports can be linked to individual wagon, load anddestination IDs to help you monitor deliveries to and from customersand suppliers.

Description

The Railweight Force Measurement Transducers have been specificallydesigned for rail weighing applications. They are manufactured fromstandard rail sections generally of the same type as used on the site ofthe installation.

Weighline transducers are designed for high performance and utilisetechniques that minimise the effects of lateral (side) loading andtemperature. The transducers have good accuracy and repeatabilitycharacteristics and can tolerate high dynamic overloads. Transducersare rated to IP 67 and can be used in harsh environments.
