Animal EncountersOur Education Animal Ambassadors are ready to meet your group. Choose from a variety of exciting up-close animal encounter presentations.

Hours of Operation C The Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens
is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Last admission sold at 4:15 p.m. Last entry into the Zoo at 4:30 p.m.
C ZOOm Air Adventure, located at the Zoo, is open from 9:00 a.m. Last admission is at 4:15 p.m. (weather permitting). Prices vary. Please visit www.zoomair.us or call 407.330.0767.
C We are closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Laws of the Jungle C Cameras, including GoPros and cell phones, etc., are not allowed
over any habitat barriers. C Selfie sticks are not permitted in the Zoo. C For the health of our animals and guests, smoking/vaping is not
permitted in the Zoo. C Our animals are on special diets. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS. C Outside food or coolers, radios, frisbees, roller skates, skateboards, or
skateshoes are not permitted in the Zoo. C Please do not throw objects; it is hazardous to our guests and animals. C For your protection, please do not climb or sit children on railings or fences. C Shirts and shoes must be worn. C Only service animals are allowed in the Zoo. Pets are not allowed in the Zoo. C No outside alcoholic beverages allowed on Zoo property. C All photos taken at the Zoo by our guests are prohibited from commercial use. C Your photo may be taken during your visit for use in promotions. If you wish
to decline, please notify a staff member.
Guest ServicesSnack Bars by Ovations: hotdogs, hamburgers, salads, popcorn, candy, ice cream, beverages, and more.
ZOOfari Outpost Gift Shop: wildlife gifts, books, plush animals, t-shirts, hats, and more.
Stroller, Electric Scooter, and Manual Wheelchair Rentals: available at Admission Window/Guest Services, single and double strollers available.
Goat, Alpaca and Llama Food: can be purchased at ZOOfari Outpost. Feeding begins at 11:00 a.m. while supplies last.
First Aid: available at Admission Window/Guest Services, Jungle Grill Snack Bar, ZOOfari Outpost, Annual Pass Check-in, and Giraffe Tiki.
Lost Persons: please notify any Zoo staff member.
Re-entry: keep your admission receipt for same-day re-entry or to use toward the purchase of an annual Zoo Pass, on the same-day as your visit only. No refunds or rain-checks.
