• Credit Agreements – R100 000 – R300 000

• Road Accident Fund - R100 000 – R300 000

• Maintenance, Divorce, Adoptions & Custody

Expected Success Requirements• Court Registrar appointments• Regional Magistrate appointments• Magistrate exposure to Civil Litigation• Adequate support personnel• Operational resource allocation

It may be expected that recommendations will fall primarily into the areas above. Such assumption does not however limit the scope of findings that may occur.

New business opportunities, such as training delivery, may present potential income streams for consideration.
