Naya Rivera Why did you join glee? As soon as I heard the story line I wanted to

join. Santana is my perfect character.

Who is your best friend from

the Glee cast? I love all of the cast but, Heather and I are

besties. Our characters are also great friends

so that helps.

How has Glee changed you? I used to be one of the popular kids and I was very

judgemental. Glee has helped me see that

everyone is equal.

Would you ever leave Glee? I won’t leave Glee until Santana has to

graduate. It will be a sad time.

Do you like

watching Glee? Yes. I think it’s a great

family show.

Is Santana your

favourite character? Yes. I love everything about her. Her attitude,

her confidence, she’s

like a cheerleading

devil.

Exclusive interview with Dianna Agron Why I joined Glee!

“I wanted to start a career in

acting, and when I saw the glee

rehearsals advertised I was

counting down until the date of

the auditions.” Says Dianna.

“Originally I didn’t try out to be

Quinn, but tried

out to be

Brittney. When I

found out that

Brittney’s place

was taken I was

heart-broken,

until I was told I

was perfect for

Quinn.”

Explains Dianna.

“I was so excited that I had a

spot, I was also shocked. At the

time it felt so surreal.”

Dianna auditioned last minute,

on the 21/04/2011 and the first

scene was shot on the

29/04/2011.

“I didn’t know I had so little

time and I was panicking. When

the day came I was surprised

and didn’t know what to expect.

I loved it. One of my greatest

friends, I met on stage, Lea

Michelle. She

has an amazing

voice, and I

thought I

wouldn't have

the good roles or

best parts. I was

wrong. I love

getting into

character, and it

really brings me back to when I

was in high school!”

“When Glee finally became a

hit, we were all excited to just

see the Logies, but when we

won, we were all just so ecstatic

and happy.” Dianna tells all.
