I have worked up from a restaurant assistant to Manager in 10 years.

My roles include: recruitment and training of staff, assisting in organising weekly rotas and holiday cover. Supervising,

motivating and assessing the performance of over 100 members of staff. Meeting and greeting customers, maintaining high

restaurant standards, cashing up and handling daily takings as well as monitoring monthly targets.

I am a team player, approachable and empathetic, yet highly respected by the staff. I believe in constant communication

between all staff members to keep a friendly, yet efficient workplace and I always make sure the staff are working hard and

I have a Facebook page and my own beauty and lifestyle blog in which I provide tutorials, beauty and make up advice, make

overs, tips and product reviews. I also write lifestyle pieces on current topics and issues that appeal to both men and women

aged 18+

I am always researching different styles and products to keep on top of new trends in the industry; I think this is essential to

keep readers returning to my websites and also ensure my clients are receiving the best treatments and makeovers with the

most up to date, high end products and looks out there.

Enterspree is a brand new entertainment website that launched in January, specialising in fashion, beauty and music content. I

write weekly posts providing make up tips and tricks for beginners, tutorials, product reviews and advice for readers with a keen

interest in make-up and beauty.

My personal blog provides and facebook page provides make up tutorials, make overs and product advice, as well as several

lifestyle articles about relationships, love, money and general life choices.

I keep my work real and honest, I am writing because I want my readers to embark on a journey with me- to laugh, cry, agree or

disagree; I want to encourage people to stop and think, to have opinions and not be afraid to have a voice. I'm happy to share

my own experiences in life, because even if my words only reach one person, and change that someone's way of thinking - to

me, that is so fulfilling and gratifying.

Isola Nail Spa [2014]

Nail Technician / receptionist

I covered a technician for a couple of months: roles included working as a nail technician, applying and removing shellac and

acrylic nails, as well as working on reception taking bookings, arranging appointments and taking payments.

I made my clients feel comfortable and ensured they had a very enjoyable experience at Isola. My phone manner was very

professional and I made sure all bookings were correct and all clients were happy with their finished treatments.

Strawberry Split Promotions and Entertainment company [2008-2012]

Promotional Staff

Hostess: Business luncheons, Sportsman Dinner events, Charity balls and other special events. Roles included meet and greet,

talking with clients, assisting caterers, assisting with auctions and raffles.

Promotional Model: Handing out 'Try' cards and clackers at Rugby and football games, handing out flyers at sports and special

themed events, modelling Bridal wear.

Dancer: Core Team for match day entertainment at Leeds Rugby, as well as several rugby Super League events including Grand

Finals and the Millennium Magic weekends.

-Assisting in the organisation of Bridal Catwalk shows

-Assistant team leader at Charity Boxing Match for the Steve Prescott foundation - the fight raised more than £50,000

- escorting VIP's and celebrity guests on board the Orient Express train to Wembley for a Grand Final Rugby game- organising

travel, and ensuring the entire journey was plain sailing and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
