WANTED

Felony failure to appear at the Union County Jail on November 12, 2012

Pled guilty on October 9, 2012 to reckless homicide and facilitation of especially aggravated kidnapping

Sentenced to 4 years at 30% for reckless homicide and 12 years at 30% for kidnapping to be served consecutively

Allegations

On May 19, 2011, Blair and three other co-defendants kidnapped 45-year-old Lisa Young, shot her in the back and left her body near Bull Run Road and Highway 370 in Union County

Crime occurred because of drugs Two of those co-defendants were placed on

the TBI Top Ten Most Wanted list when warrants were taken out for their arrests in June of 2011

They have since been captured and sentenced
