Oracle iRecruitment is a web-based recruitment solution that enables your
enterprise to manage all recruitment activities using a single self-service
interface and provides an easy-to-use interface for job seekers. iRecruitment
includes a separate homepage for each group of iRecruitment users: site
visitors, registered users, managers, recruiters, and agency users. The
homepages outline the iRecruitment functions available for each user, and
provide direct access to these functions. Oracle iRecruitment is part of the
Oracle E-Business Suite, an integrated set of applications that are engineered to
work together.

implementation approach that brings fast, relevant and predictable results.
Project Approach
An Oracle Consultant will discuss your configuration requirements and prepare a project plan prior
to configuration of your test system. We will then configure and demonstrate Oracle iRecruitment to

Oracle HRMS application. Using this responsibility all the HR functionality can beaccessed they require to run iRecruitment.
Out of the box solution to be implemented no customisation.
Oracle iRecruitment uses a default supervisor-based approvals hierarchy, using OracleApprovals Management (AME) rules.
All project management, testing, migration to production etc to be supplied/covered by theclient.
