Duties description:-

1 Leading the mechanical design (HVAC, Plumbing & fire fighting) for the design & built Project by manage the following:-

2 Review the project documents and contract.

3 Prepare the design criteria for the design team to be followed.

4 Manage the design team and review the design.

5 Handle the approval process for the design drawings & calculations with the client consultant.

6 Attend all technical meeting and progress meeting with client consultant and client representatives.

7 Leading the mechanical design Team (HVAC, Plumbing & fire fighting) for a deferent type of projects. (Hotels, Office Buildings, Housing Apartments, Villas, ……..).

8 Design the mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting) by using the latest internationals codes and software (HAP, Pipe sizing…) for the following:

- Chilled water system.

- Direct expansion system (PACU, Mini split units).

- VRF system.

9 -Attend and document Client Development meetings. Acquire general information required to establish type, expectations, and scope of work/criteria for the intended project.

10 - Proceed with research, programming and preliminary Schematic Design to set the direction for the Project.

11 - Lead the project team to develop mechanical design solutions for projects, Review and summarize all statutory requirements in regards to local and authority.

12 Work throughout the development and coordination of specifications and working drawings to keep communications current relative to Project budget, schedule, and contracting.

13 Observe the progress of physical construction regularly and relay problems and/or corrections required to the Project Manager to insure the proper interpretation of Mechanical plans is channeled to the field and quality control is attained.

14 Reviewing each stage deliverables, submittals review & approval to different project parties, approving the drawings contents as per the scope & review check list, checking the drawing's conformity to international codes.

15 Provide technical evaluation & recommendation for contractor's value engineering & cost reduction plans. Evaluation of new materials may suggested by contractor. Provides solutions for all site reported design conflicts & RFI's.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1 –Mechanical Project Manager :-

- Study project documents and prepare mechanical design brief for client to agree for requirements and for my team to follow in the design stages.

- Prepare time schedule and required man-hours for my projects. - Attend all meeting with the client and project managers. - Studying the project and achieving the client requirements. - Doing all coordination required internally (Other disciplines ) and externally (with other

client consultants such as Dar al handasa and MOI engineers). - Manage my team and follow up them technically to achieve the project target in time and

with required qualities.

Supporting experience for that duty : Working for 4 years (up to now) in Saudi diyar consulting office ( DIYAR) as a team leader in Jeddah office and Responsible to manage the mechanical team in DIYAR branches in Cairo & Phillips for all project done by them. Sample of projects for that duty :- a - Real way station project ( Madenah & Makkah) . b - Ministry of interior projects (MOI) :

- (KAP00) Almoahad project, 182 different site buildings. - (KAP03) Almoahad project, 600 different site buildings (under design). - Correctional facilities phase-I project which has many buildings in 4 different

sites (Riyadh -Jeddah- Dammam – Taif )

These projects are design and built type, DIYAR working for Saudi ben laden group as a contractor consultants , all coordination between SBG and DAR alhandasah as a client consultants for mechanical works done by me.

c – Madenah hotels:

- Four hotels in madenad with using chilled water system with chillers cooling capacity 900TR each. Attending meeting required with madenah committee for final approval.

d - Residential compound for 300 villas for King Abdul-Aziz married couple villas using district cooling system.

e - Many villas and royal buildings.

Locally Cooling systems or district cooling systems . B) Direct expansion systems :

Normal DX systems (PACU , FCU ) or VRV systems. Supporting experience for that duty :
