1.Diamondcorea172mmholeattheselectedpositionintotheconcretepipe.Ensurethepipewallandsurroundingareaiscleanandfreefromslurry/debrisandmeasurethewallthickness.
2.Removetheinternallockingsleevefromthesaddlebody.Adjustthethreadedcollarontheoutersleevesothatitmeasures10mmlessthanthethicknessofthepipe.
3.Positionthesaddleintheholeensuringitsits10mmawayfromtheinternalwallofthepipe.Thisisachievedbyplacingyourhandinsideandfeelingtheinsideofthepipewall.
4.Breakoffthetabsfromthelockingsleeveandlubricateusingwater.Placethelockingsleeveintothesaddlebodyandlineupthearrows.Pushthesleeveintotheboreofthesaddle.
5.Drivethelockingsleeveevenlyaroundthecircumferenceuntilfullylocked.Itisrecommendedthatawoodenblockisusedwhenusingahammertolockthesaddleintoposition.
6.Insertthepipeintothefittedsaddleandtightentheclampbandtotherecommendedtorque.UseaMultibush(MB150)ifrequired.
Note: A diamond cored hole of 172mm (+1 / -0mm) should be cored using the correct equipment.
