Prix Fixe, that’s French for ‘fixed price’. We want to help you out if you are planning a wedding at short notice, so we’ve devised this prix fixe option for weddings booked between January and the end of March 2015. This is a special offer to include everything you need for a fantastic wedding for 60 guests. The only trick is that you have to book your wedding date at relatively short notice and stick to the parameters outlined below. £6,600 ‘all in’ to include the following

o Venue fee o Exclusive use of all reception rooms at Stubton Hall o The services and expertise of our wedding coordinators to help plan your day o Flowers in the entrance hall o Your choice of one glass of sparkling wine, beer or mulled wine for your reception drink o Sit down three-course meal chosen from our Lovely menu o The equivalent of a half bottle per adult of our house white, red or rosé wines with the meal o White or Ivory coloured table linen and napkins o A flute of sparkling wine to accompany the speeches o Use of our easel and frame to display your table plan o VAT at 20%

Additional or fewer guests, changes to the menu or drinks options and added upgrades will of course change the price. Upgrades include flowers or candles on the table, wedding cake, photography, venue styling, transport, hair and makeup artists, evening buffet, entertainment, etc. Our wedding coordinators know a lot about planning a wedding and would be happy to help you select any of these upgrades.

Enjoy the plush surroundings of Stubton Hall at affordable prices. We have worked out a simpler, less expensive alternative to our usual bespoke menu by offering a two-course buffet meal with the drinks options, entertainment and timings outlined below. The offer includes:

o Venue fee o Exclusive use of all reception rooms at Stubton Hall from 3:00pm to midnight o The services and expertise of our wedding coordinators to help plan your day o Flowers in the entrance hall o Your choice of one glass of sparkling wine, beer or mulled wine for your reception drink o Two-course buffet meal chosen from the menu below o One glass of house wine per adult to accompany the meal o A flute of sparkling wine to accompany the speeches o White or Ivory coloured table linen and napkins o Our in house DJ playing from 7pm to midnight o VAT at 20%

Winter/Spring 2015

Let’s be honest, most people book a wedding six months to a year in advance and so when we look at our diary for early 2015 we recognise that we are less likely to sell dates that are fast approaching. If you might be tempted to take the plunge without a lot of advance planning, think about getting married with us in January, February or March. The house is beautiful with the fires blazing, you won’t be so worried about the weather and you can still have the bespoke wedding of your dreams at Stubton Hall. The food and service remain the same as during the rest of the year, but we are willing to discount the venue fee to make these months more enticing to you and to keep ourselves busy. You will still be able to choose your menu, drinks options, evening buffet and entertainments, but the venue fees will be discounted to £2,200 on Saturdays, £1,800 on Fridays or Sundays, and £1,500 on any other weekday. In addition, if you upgrade to hot and cold canapés on our Lovely package, we will upgrade your reception drink to our house Champagne. All Saturday weddings require a minimum booking of the 16 bedrooms in the main house. Weddings on other days require a minimum of 7 bedrooms in the main house. But of course if lots of your friends and family want to stay over, we have a total of 22 bedrooms in our main house and annex that you are welcome to fill. The following dates are excluded from this offer: 10th January, 28th February, 1st and 28th March. If you ask us really nicely, we may be able to give a discount on remaining dates in April 2015.
