Letter Of Intent

I intend to use 534 Taylor Road for automotive repair as it was originally zoned

C2 and used for automotive repair. The acreage is 0.622. The zoning currently C2. There

is one lot and one building. Commercial grade building of 2,600sqft in size using a total

density of 0.06 acre of 0.622 acre of tract. The building height is 16 feet at center peak

of roof. A proposed addition is a parking lot of asphalt with 12 parking spaces. Will add

approximately 1,500 sqft of parking where as existing gravel road will be paved. A

request for a buffer reduction is required. To aid in Buffer is a proposed privacy fence of

8 feet in height to run approximately 150' along northwest line of tract, 100' behind

shop along southwest line of tract, and 160' along southeast line of tract.
