TroLase Reverse comprises of a transparent acrylic fascia with a

coloured coating on the reverse side. By reverse engraving your

image into the coloured layer you expose clear text/image which

can either be infilled with your choice of acrylic paint or backlit

for an effective contrast. As an additional feature the reverse has

a third layer which significantly reduces the cleaning time and

enhances the depth of colour.

TroLase ADA Signage can be ordered with self-adhesive film applied to the back allowing you to easily mount letters cut

out from the material plate on to base plates or walls. During assembly, use the cut material plate as a template for spacing

and as a line level.

Tips to allow you to achieve the best results:

- Materials must be flat.

- A cutting table should always be used when cutting plastics in order to raise the material from the machine bed.

- Before cutting plastic, the protective film should be removed in order to prevent discolouration or excessive smoke.

- Excess smoke will be produced if there is too much laser power in relation to speed, this can be rectified by adjusting the

speed.

LaserFlex

LaserFlex is a high quality, multi-layered polyurethane film highly

suited for customising textiles. The laser can realise even the finest

details with intricate motifs which would be impossible to achieve

with a cutting plotter. Once the motif has been engraved and cut

out on the laser unit, the design is applied to the textiles using a

transfer press. LaserFlex is characterised by good opacity and high

elasticity.

TroGlass Duo is a cast acrylic glass with one matt and one glossy

TroGlass Frosted and TroGlass LED

TroGlass Frosted is a hard-wearing cast acrylic glass with a matt,

heavily frosted (sand-blasted) surface on both sides. The material

can be thermoformed without losing its matt surface and remains

in perfect condition even in high traffic areas. Due to reduced static

charge the material does not gather dust, scratches or finger prints.

TroGlass LED is a cast acrylic glass, optimised to LED light waves.

This allows high light transmission and strong light diffusion while

typical “spot effects” of LED lights are eliminated.

Anodised Aluminium

Anodised or colour anodised aluminum is suitable both for

engraving with a CO2 laser and with mechanical engraving

devices. The protective anodised coating remains intact during

laser processing. The image contrast is caused by the removal

of the coloured coating and almost photographic qualities can be

achieved. A detailed, white engraved image is created.

Cermark LMM6000 Metal spray 340g

Black marking on bare metal. Our best seller is particularly effective on stainless

steel. The spray is the easiest method to apply an even coating, especially on

large areas.

Cermark LM6000 Metal paste 50g, 250g, 500g

Black marking on bare metal. Once diluted the paste can be applied by brush

(especially for small areas) or airbrush.

MarkSolid 590 Liquid for Glass & Ceramic 100g

Black marking on glass and ceramic

The liquid can be applied using an airbrush.

Our recommendations

• Surface Cleaning: Product needs to be applied directly on a blank surface (metal, glass,

ceramic). The surface has to be dry, clean and free from any type of lubricant or oil.

• Spray: Shake well to ensure any solid sediment is dissolved.

• Pastes: Dilute the paste with ethanol (alcohol) or water according to the label instructions.

For curved surfaces reduce the dilution ratio.

Apply an even, thin coat. If the product is applied too thick it will require more power to make

the mark.

• Spray: Hold the can from a 20-30 cm distance.

• Paste: Apply with a brush, foam or airbrush.

It is important to allow the material to dry thoroughly before starting the laser marking process.

It usually takes 1 to 2 minutes to air dry. This process can be sped up by using a heat lamp,

hair dryer or an oven.

Tip: You can reduce the drying time by putting the work piece in the laser with the exhaust

turned on.

The products can be used for marking with CO2 lasers, Nd:YAG lasers and fiber lasers, to

name a few. Differences in laser power, wavelength and other factors influence the final

settings required. After laser marking, excess coating can be removed by wiping with a damp

cloth or by washing with water.

A Light-grey to brown results indicate that too much laser power or too little marking speed were used.

A If the marking can be rubbed off, too little power or too high laser speed may be the cause.

A The same result may occur if the coating is thicker than it should be, or if the material surface is not free

Colour Filling

Specially designed to use on laser engraved plastics, our acrylic

filler paints will not affect nor “craze” the lasered area. To infill

metals we recommend our quick drying cellulose paint to create a

permanent hard gloss finish.

Plant Labels & Holders

Our robust, powder coated steel plant label holders have been

designed with a unique arrow head shaped anchor preventing the

holders from turning into the wind. Fully UV stable our elegant plant

labels will tolerate being exposed to the elements without fading,

As part of the Speedy family the Speedy flexx Series offers the family's known advantages. The machines of the

Speedy flexx Series are equipped with both a CO₂ and a fiber laser source. This allows customers to perform endless applications.
