Day 1 :

Meet at airport for your flight. Depending from your city of departure, different flights will be submitted.

Arrival in Las Vegas is usually on the same day , depart morning and arrive end of afternoon or night.

Some examples :

• From Europe : direct flights from London and Frankfurt. About 10 to 11 hours. Other departing cities with 1 stop only.

Las Vegas time is minus 9 hours from Frankfurt and minus 8 hours from London.

• From Dubai : direct flight to Los Angeles, about 16 hours with a 1 hour connection flight to Las Vegas.

Arrive in the heart of Nevada at Mac Carran Airport of Las Vegas !

After check-in and installation into your hotel room, transfer for diner. Coming from Europe or UAE the flight islong and jetlag difficult on the arrival night, normally participants are very tired, so we usually do not offer toomuch on the first night of the programme, for participants to be able to appreciate the journey.

• A LED display vaulted "canopy" runs along the Fremont Street Experience promenade from Main Street toFourth Street. Holding the canopy aloft are 16 columns, each weighing 26,000 pounds and can hold up400,000 pounds, and 43,000 struts.

• A section comprising one fiftieth of the total canopy equals the size of the world’s current largest electric sign.More than 12 million LED lamps illuminate the overhead canopy. The new LED upgrade was designed andengineered by LG Electronics, who is also the primary corporate sponsor of the canopy. Within the canopyitself are 220 speakers powered by 550,000 watts of amplification.

DAY 5 :

Breakfast buffet at your hotel from 07:00 in the morning.

Today you will take the top start for a 2-day adventure scenic programme behind the wheel of yourcar, on ROUTE 66. Discover GRAND CANYON, ARIZONA, SEDONA AND PHOENIX ! A beautiful feelcourse, in convertible, 2 people per car, enjoy the desert blue sky and warm sunshine. You will becoached by our teams and especially by 3 bikers who will make the trip with us. On the road ofcourse you will meet lots of other bikers who crisscross Route 66 all year round and the AmericanWest with its breathtaking landscapes. If some customers are bikers and want to make the harleyDavidson ride this is also possible on a 1 or 2 seaters basis.

FIRST STOP IS AT HOOVER DAM, which stands 726 feet high in front of the Colorado River between Nevada andArizona. He is a shining example of man's victory over nature. This dam was the largest hydroelectric project of itstime and remains the second highest dam in the United States. Built during the economic crisis of the 1930s, thiswork had a major impact on the economy and on the development of several states in the American West. Theconstruction of this dam was carried out in part to contain the periodic floods of the Colorado River which is theresult of water runoff from the mountains that cover seven U.S. states. When snowmelt occurs every year, a massivesupply of water is added to the flow of this stream and inevitably causes destructive flooding. The construction of adam solved this problem by controlling the flow of the river. A steady flow would promote the growth of agriculturein this region and the electricity generated by the dam would in the long run make construction profitable and thusensure the growth of all of Southern California and also from the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. Working conditions werechallenging for workers. The workers had to contend with an average temperature of 119 degrees Fahrenheit.Moreover, the nature of the work carried out by some workers was perilous, particularly with regard to the "highscalers" who had to work on the cliff suspended only by a cable, armed with a helmet, an inflatable drill, a hammersand dynamite. It was on this site that the "hard hat" was invented. Workers improvised a safety helmet by dippingtheir helmets with fabrics in tar. Unfortunately, in terms of security, it is regrettable that speed prevailed over safety,as 112 men died in the 4 years that the work lasted.The dam was completed in 1935, two years ahead of schedule. Hydroelectric production began in 1936 andadditional turbines were added periodically until 1961, pushing electricity production up to 2000 megawatts. Thisstructure irrigates nearly 1.5 million acres of farmland and supplies water to more than 18 million people. Today, theHoover Dam has also become a major tourist attraction in the United States and is visited by more than a millionpeople annually.

We will stop in a GRILL BAR, a bikersfavorite, for an hamburger meal thatyou will make yourself, with anindoor BBQ grill , the place is typicalof Route 66 and unique at the sametime! Here vintage cars, gas stations,billiards and neon works of Highway66 forms the decor of the restaurant !

We will leave Williams City and Route 66 to arrive before sunset at Grand Canyon National Park where we will overnight.

DAY 4 : The most courageous early birds… will wake-up early this morning to enjoy sunrise over GrandCanyon! Magical moment guaranteed !The animals are out of their dens for the night and you will see without worries ''Bambi and his littlefamily'' who sleep at the foot of the Lodge... A little frightened, they go into hiding as soon as the dayrises...Breakfast will be a reunion in the park's most beautiful lodge, located just on the edge of the GrandCanyon hole, the EL TOVAR. The place is beautiful and its views are splendid. Here all the building is madeof logs, the heads of stuffed deer adorn the stone fireplaces, and the Indian paintings flood the room withbright colors !

This morning you will discover the most beautiful views of the park beforeto get back on the road heading to Sedona !

The landscapes change, the fir forestsfollow the canyons, then you willdiscover the ranches and their cattleat the edge of Flagstaff.
