All machines supplied by Neopost Australia are protected by a 12 month on-site warranty (within 100km of the nearest Neopost Australia Service Centre). Our mobile technicians are fully trained, and carry genuine parts. Neopost service technicians are equipped with the latest in service automation systems (Mobileware©) for receiving service calls, ordering of spare parts and accessing technical information. This means faster response, prompt repairs and less downtime for your equipment.

The Keencut Javelin-Series 2 range of precision wide-format cutter bars is designed to exceed the most demanding standards of accuracy. The unique design of the Javelin-Series 2 allows adjustments for straightness, using laser technology, to within 0.2mm over the 3.1 metre length of the cutter bar (1:15,000). The accuracy of the Javelin-Series 2 makes it ideal for cutting banner materials, pop-ups and other display materials that require precise and accurate cutting for perfect alignment.

Keencut Javelin Series-2 utilises the versatile Medium Duty Utility Blade with a cutting depth up to 10mm. The patented linear bearings have been tested under load for 1,600km (1,000 miles) and carry a 20 year guarantee. Full length silicon rubber grip strips ensure all work is clamped when cutting, and also protects the surface of the material being cut.
