Arrival at Luang Prabang International Airport

Luang Prabang is serene, calm and beautiful

We visited local villages in the Xieng Nguen

ADP to see the work of World Vision

Crops and animals bring food and income

opportunities to the locals

A weaving programme for people living with

HIV/AIDS gave the visitors a meaningful

shopping opportunity

The students were initially very shy to meet us

Danny played teacher and taught English to

the quick-learning children

Children and adults alike had a field day with

balloons

Games that brought laughter and smiles

Beautiful faces we cannot forget

Innocence that touched our hearts

Smiles that showed us their warmth

Reality that broke our hearts

Poverty that can be changed

Hope that shines through

To a future of dreams yet to be realised
