In the intervening period we have worked to provide quality tours that deliver the trip that you want. We have considerable experience in the organisation of school educational tours; indeed as former teachers we have been in your position and understand not only your expectations but also the pitfalls that you want to avoid.

Year after year we have listened to what you have said and have worked to compile packages that you want. We recognise the need to be !exible and so we are able to build the package with the aspects that will make your trip memorable; we also prefer to offer a few destinations well rather than make a poor effort in many!

Financial Security... guaranteed.In order to comply with the Package Travel, Package Tours and package Holidays Regulations 1992, all monies paid are "nancially protected in the event of our suppliers failure or the collapse of Inspired Travel Limited.

We take this very seriously.

As members of the Travel Trust Association all of your funds are held in a trust account until your holiday has been completed. This means that you can travel safe in the knowledge that you are 100% "nancially protected until you return from your trip. The Trust is administered through NatWest Bank.

Accommodation will be determined according to your preferences and availabilities in your study area. We can organise a “homestay” where students stay with local families, vetted by the language school or simple hotels with the group in one place.

Minimum numbersPrices are based on:

Coach tours - 40 paying persons

Air tours - 30 paying persons

For smaller groups we reserve the option to combine groups in order to keep prices realistic for all concerned.

For groups below 40 persons, travelling by coach, we will of course quote for your group, but please be prepared for higher costs that re!ect unoccupied seats.

Coach sizesWe will quote according to the size of group requested, usually a 49 or 53 seat vehicle and occasionally a 36 seater. In the event of a large group we will arrange a double-decker but please be aware that on occasion the standard of vehicle is not as high as a single decker and that there is reduced luggage space.

Your free places guaranteeWe will have quoted for your trip based on the initial information received.

Once we have received your "rst and second deposits we will guarantee your free places on that basis. If your group size drops below the minimum numbers the group must still pay a small numbers supplement to cover the cost of empty coach seats.

Furthermore you are not able to guarantee extra free places by paying "rst and second deposits.

DepositsAn initial deposit of £80 for coach groups and £100 for !y groups.

A second deposit of £120 is due 8 weeks after the "rst and a third deposit of £120 is due 8 weeks after the second. The "nal balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Please note that the "rst two deposits are non-refundable.

As popular as ever, Normandy offers the perfect destination for language study. Our language school is just a one hour drive from the coast and 9km from Bayeux. The centre is close to many places of interest in the area so that, in conjunction with lessons, the afternoons can be spent visiting Mont St. Michel, the Normandy Beaches, Caen, The Bayeaux Tapestry or simply enjoying a crepe, going to a caramel factory or visiting a local "shing village.

All programmes are !exible and can be adjusted to suit your requirements. Courses are designed to exploit links to NC history, science, ICT, art and other curriculum areas, with ample opportunities for display and follow up work. Each course includes up to 2 hours of language tuition per day.

Montpellier is a typical university town and home of the oldest university in France. With just 250,000 inhabitants, most of whom are students, the city has a friendly, youthful atmosphere and enjoys a range of cultural activities during the year. The city centre has narrow, picturesque streets, elegant mansions and tree-shaded cafés. The lovely Mediterranean beaches are a few miles away and the city has an excellent climate with over 300 days of sunshine each year - perfect to visit at any time.

As a country divided in to French, German and Italian speaking cantons, Switzerland is an ideal destination for a language tour and provides an opportunity for Heads of Department to organise a French and German Language course under the same roof! Venice, or the Divine Republic, is home to magni"cent architecture and one of the world’s greatest art collections. Best explored by vaporetto (water bus) and on foot Venice is an ideal destination year round, although those in the know visit out of season, avoiding the crowds and the heat. Lido di Jesolo on the Venetian coast makes the ideal, value for money choice for schools visiting Venice.
