Our projects encompass residential landscapes, acreages, estate properties and community development. Our focus is on customer relations, quality products and adherence to strict building practices.

4 REVISIONS & PROJECT DATERevisions are made to the plan & Quotation. A contract is signed & a construction date is scheduled.

3PROJECT ESTIMATIONBased on the design concept a detailed quotation is presented showing the individual items included.

GARDEN WALLSThese walls can be built as a separate feature or to incorporate the retainment of soil for sloped areas. Garden walls can be built from several types of stone up to a height of 24 Inches.

With this type of project attention must be invested in the sub-surface preparation and setting of the wall to ensure longevity.

Decks are both functional as well as aesthetic and are an important part of your landscape. They are commonly built from 2 domestic and 4 imported types of wood or a variety of composite materials.

COMPOSITE 50+YearsComposite materials have become a great way to build a maintenance free deck. With advancements in colour stabilization and wood grain texturing this decking has the appearance of real wood without the work to keep it looking new.

There are a variety of manufacturers and not all composite materials will perform the same. Create Escape recommends both Fibron and Timbertech with a manufacturers 25 year limited warranty.

CEDAR 24+YearsCedar has a comparable life span to treated lumber. Mother nature has provided this wood with a natural acid that protects it from the elements. This wood is meant to have a clear or semi transparent stain or oil applied to it so that the natural grain of the wood is visible.

MOUNT DOUGLAS

ACQ TREATED 22+YearsTreated spruce has a shorter life span and requires maintenance. It is a spruce wood that has been treated with a copper solution called ACQ. Thoroughly tested, ACQ can be used in any application that requires treated lumber or sensitive areas such as wetlands and playgrounds.

We take care of Drawings, Permits and Inspections for most deck projects.

SPRAY HEADSCreate Escape installs Hunter MP Rotators that give one of the best water coverage patterns while using less water.

Rather than simply “spray” water onto landscapes, MP Rotators deliver multiple streams of water at a steady rate. This increased efficiency results in 30% less water use when compared to traditional sprays and significantly reduces runoff.

BLUE LOCKWe use Blue-Lock Pipe and fittings. This new system is rated at almost twice the pressure as conventional black poly pipe and can save costs on maintenance.

As part of our commitment to using quality products Create Escape installs Blue-Lock at no additional cost.

DRIP IRRIGATIONDrip Irrigation is the perfect way to water small plantings, shrubs and trees. It can be placed under mulch or gravel providing water to the roots where it is needed most.

By using the regulated drip line the correct amount of water is distributed under the surface without needless evaporation.

Water distribution is not altered by plant growth like spray head watering.
