1. No tree. Replace with new. 2. Missing shrubs. Fill area with approved plant material per approved landscape plan. 4. Missing tree on side. Replace with large shade tree. 5. Forsythia dead. Replace with same or similar plant material. 6. Ash trees - will die. Replace with other large shade tree or treat. 7. No tree. Replace with new large shade tree. Site visit: 5/22/13 The overall condition of the landscape remains at a high level, with minimal deficiencies. There are missing trees, some missing or dead shrubs, and ash trees that will have to be treated or replaced. Please consult a landscape architect as to why the shrubs continue to not thrive in the north buffer yard. Should the existing deficiencies be corrected and no new deficiencies found in the Fall 2013 audit, the site will receive final landscape approval. 3. Existing tree not thriving (root ball planted too high, remove burlap at top of root ball, dirt over root flair. Remove extra dirt. Treat or replace tree to ensure it is thriving at Fall 2013 inspection.
