Landop Limited is a Private Limited Company (Company No 486007) incorporated at Companies House, Edinburgh. The company comprises a number of prominent and established business personnel who combine to form a management team able to bring considerable expertise and knowledge to any project. In addition to the skills and experience within the team, we work with a number of approved partners, all experts in their own fields of the construction industry. This document highlights many of the aspects which enable Landop to be the successful and obvious partner for a wide variety of projects.

Our Business Development Manager Iain Gillies is currently engaged on a land assembly project in West Fife with a potential private housing development of circa 130 detached, semi and terraced units of all tenures.

Stuart Rennie has considerable experience in maximising the development potential of low-cost sites thus delivering affordable housing, either through the private sector or social housing providers. Working in conjunction with the landowner, Landop Limited is currently developing proposals for a project of affordable houses on a brownfield site in the Levenmouth area of Fife.

One of our partner Planning Consultants was instrumental in securing full planning permission for this 60-bed hotel on the outskirts of Dundee. Landop Limited is working with the land owner to identify interested hotel operators or developers to secure a profitable exit by means of a design and build contract or land sale.

Euan is a prominent and successful entrepreneur with a number of successful businesses currently trading. He has been involved at board level with several blue chip organisations and continues to sit on a number of boards in an advisory capacity. Euan brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in running a successful company, together with financial acumen and considerable contacts from the financial and banking sectors.
