Property Coverage. Designed exclusively for land-lords with dwellings built for one to four families, ourcomprehensive Landlord’s Rental Dwelling Policyprovides valuable property coverage for: • Your rental dwelling• Other private structures

on the property such as a garage or shed

• Your personal property. Thisunique provision coverspersonal property you own(such as tools, appliances or furniture) that is used byyou or your tenants on the property or stored at theproperty. The coverage even extends to include itemsthat are out for repair or servicing.

Liability Coverage, Too. One of the biggest risks youface as a landlord is your liability for losses that occur onyour rental property. Once again, our Landlord’s RentalDwelling Policy can ease your mind.• Personal liability. We provide $100,000 of coverage

(or more if you choose) for bodily injury or propertydamage arising from the use of your rental property.The policy also covers your legal defense costs.

• Medical Payments. We’ll pay up to $1,000 (higherlimits available, $5000 max.) – with no deductible – for medical costs if someone is hurt on your rentalproperty.

More Coverage, Fewer Worries In addition to our basic policy, we offer two innovativealternatives that protects you from incurring out-of-pocketcosts should you ever have to replace (rebuild or repair)your investment property as a result of a covered loss.

Our Extended Limits plan safeguards against unexpectedincreases in building and repair costs, protecting you ifthe dwelling’s replacement cost exceeds the policy’sinsurance coverage amount. This plan providesmaximum protection, up to 125% of the dwelling’spolicy amount.
