• The Land Survey Plat is a standard survey for residential and commercial uses.

• The Land Survey Plat includes all improvements on or near the property.

• All property corners are either recovered and located, OR, calculated and reset.

• Improvements are shown with precise distances to the nearest property line.

• A valuable planning tool or to be used as an inventory of the property.

• This survey doesn’t expire, but is more like a photograph. It illustrates the

boundary with improvements at the time the survey was completed.

• Property corners are identified by the type, description, size, origin, and physical markings.(staked or flagged)

• Property corners set by the surveyor as part of this survey are labeled with the surveyor’s name and license number.

• The Land Survey Plat includes the Colorado Registration stamp or seal with the surveyor’s original signature.
