2.URBAN PLANNING SERVICES

After January 1, 2013 the change of land designation and the land lease

contract registration are forbidden without an approved urban planning

study – Detailed plan of territory or DPT (Law of Ukraine «On urban

planning activity regulation», art.24, pp. 3 and 4).

Our experts have successfully developed and approved a number of DPT

studies in Lviv, Odessa and Kherson oblasts.
