The land is approached via the Portsmouth Road
(A3100) and along a narrow access track at
Meadrow, Godalming, as shown on the location
plan.
DESCRIPTION
The area comprises two separate parcels of land
separated by an unmade track. To the South of the
track there are three paddocks extending in total to

together with some woodland and this area extends
