Each four-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment includes a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The efficiency suites include a bathroom and kitchenette. The singles are clustered, and each has a semiprivate bathroom.

Juniors admitted to the University as resident students can apply to
participate in the senior housing lottery.

Students are notified if they are guaranteed housing for their senior
year or if they are placedon a hous ing waitlist.

Students need to confirm their intent to reside on campus via a housing
application. Once that is submitted, a $500 deposit is added to the student’s
account. This amount is not a fee and will be deducted from the final cost of the
room. Students who confirm housing and subsequently move off campus will not
be refunded the deposit.
