We limit UK P&P to a max of Ä6.99, and on orders over Ä150 delivery is free. All goods are sent Royal Mail 1st Class recorded (up to the value of Ä100) or Special Delivery next day (orders over Ä100). Orders over 2kg will be sent by courier. You can also select DHL 48 hour service if you prefer at a flat cost of Ä6.99. All prices exclude VAT. Overseas goods are sent Royal Mail Airmail (up to the value of Ä100) or International signed for (orders over Ä100). Unfortunately we do not ship to the United States due to prohibitive business insurance costs. Orders over 2kg will be sent by courier. We do not have a DHL option for overseas order. Any orders where P&P charges exceed Ä20 will be billed separately so we can shop around and get the best quote prior to despatch.

Delivery time: We usually post goods within 24 - 48 hours. We do not use standard post due to the limit on compensation available. This means that if goods are lost or stolen in the post we can send out replacements and claim back on Insurance. Cost of insurance is included in our P&P charges.

Light shades: Ä10 P&P within UK. We can ship to any country and will quote postal cost on request. All prices exclude VAT.

Returns: We will accept returns of goods within 7 days of receipt but the buyer must pay postage both ways. Cost of goods only therefore will be refunded in full if customer is not happy with goods for any reason. The only orders we cannot accept back are card candle tubes made to order. Should a customer fail to collect goods from Royal Mail when Royal Mail have tried to deliver and goods are returned; again a refund will be offered less P&P fees or an additional P&P charge made to re deliver.
